Neech nimana gun nahin palle aape taras toon keeta ey;
Teri rehmat de sadke main jeevan da ras leeta ey. Jug jug peaa judai wala fatt hijar da seeta ey; Teri taliyan vichchon jad main jaam ilaahi peeta ey. Murshad mere rehmat keeti charnan de naal laya ey; Ramya raam avatar guru ne chhin de vich dikhaya ey. |

O' True Master, I was a lowly humble creature with no virtue, you yourself have taken pity on me;
And with your divine grace, I have enjoyed my life. The wound of separation (from God) that my heart had carried for ages, has been sewn; Ever since I tasted the cup of divine nectar from your palms. The True Master has been kind and gracious enough to have accepted me; Avtar says, the True Master has revealed unto me the all-pervading God, in a moment. |
Meaning
O' True Master, I was an ordinary person with no quality, you yourself have taken sympathy on me and with your divine grace, I have enjoyed my life. Ever since I tasted the cup of divine knowledge from you,the wound of separation (from God) that my heart had carried for ages, has been stitched; The True Master has been kind and gracious enough as he has accepted me at his holy feet. Baba Avtar Singh ji says, the True Master has revealed the all-pervading God, in a moment to me.
